WHAT TO EXPECT

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR CANCELLATIONS?

​Same day Rescheduling/Cancelling will result in a 100% cancellation charge being applied.

Cancellation/Reschedules within 48hrs will result in a 50% cancellation charge being applied.

Sadly if you are more than 15 minutes late I may be forced to cancel the appointment, which would result in a cancellation charge. Please call/message so I can try to accommodate you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PATCH TESTING?

​

Patch tests for Lash/Brow services are ESSENTIAL. I have the right to turn anyone away if the correct patch testing has not been carried out. These are completely free of charge and can booked online, or through my 'Contact Me' form.

WHO'S NAILS DO YOU WORK ON?

​

I only infill my own work and I only work on natural nails. If you have another tech's work on your nails- don't worry! Just book a separate 'Not My Work Removal' in addition to the manicure you'd like me to do. Please note I do charge differently depending on whether I'm removing my own work or someone else's due to the extra time I have to allow. I do not remove or infill Acrylics.  I do not do any type of nail extensions.

PRE & POST CARE FOR LVL

Before you come to your appointment, please make sure your lashes are free from waterproof mascara, lash glue and lash extensions.

Please make sure any eye makeup & contact lenses have been removed.

​

Please note that the lashes have to be kept dry for 24hrs after the treatment, if you wash your hair/face daily, do it before you come!

​

Patch tests are essential. This treatment is NOT suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding or persons with pre-existing eye conditions.

​

Lastly, enjoy maintenance free lashes for 8 weeks!
